Job summary

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) developed by the BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one instruction using ABA techniques (DTT, naturalistic teaching, behavior management).
• Collect data on client progress and behavior using designated tools.
• Assist clients in acquiring functional skills across communication, socialization, self-care, and independence.
• Foster a supportive learning environment to promote engagement and independence.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and team to review progress and adjust strategies.
• Communicate progress updates to families, caregivers, and team members.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
