Job summary

Lighthouse is a New York City-based ABA therapy provider seeking passionate Behavior Technicians to join our team in New York. You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA, helping promote growth, communication, and daily independence.

As you work with families, you will collect data, follow individualized treatment plans, collaborate with the BCBA and care team, and participate in ongoing training to advance your skills in ABA therapy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in ABA therapy preferred but not required.
• Availability for evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy techniques under BCBA supervision.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions following individual treatment plans.
• Teach social, communication, and behavioral skills in a structured setting.
• Foster engaging therapeutic relationships with clients and families.
• Conduct assessments, collect data, and track progress.
• Collaborate with BCBA and interdisciplinary team.
• Communicate progress and strategies to parents/caregivers.
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions.
