Qualifications

• Experience with behavior intervention programs preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn ABA techniques through training.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist in the development and implementation of behavior support plans.
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy using ABA techniques.
• Teach social, communication, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with BCBA to modify treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients and families.
