Job summary

Magnet ABA Therapy in Missouri is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to provide in-person ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized intervention plans, collect data on client progress, and support the development of behavior plans while delivering direct one-on-one services.

You will reinforce social, communication, and daily living skills, collaborating with the BCBA to adjust treatments as needed.

Qualifications

• Note: prior experience as a Behavior Technician or with autism/developmental disabilities is preferred but not required.
• Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under BCBA supervision
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
• Assist in development and implementation of behavior support plans
• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to clients
• Teach and reinforce social, communication, and daily living skills
• Collaborate with BCBA to modify treatment plans as needed
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients and families
