Magnet ABA Therapy in Springfield, MO seeks a dedicated team member to implement individualized ABA programs under BCBA supervision. You will provide direct one-on-one therapy, collect progress data, and support social and daily living skills development.

• Training will be provided for all new staff.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA programs under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist in development and implementation of behavior support plans.
• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to clients.
• Teach and reinforce social, communication, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with the BCBA to modify treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients and families.
