Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, special education, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience with children/adults with special needs; clear background check; RBT exam passed.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct behavioral services to clients in individual and group sessions.
• Run skill acquisition programs using Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Collaborate with BCBA/BCaBA to implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collect data and graph data using behavioral software and Excel.
• Maintain client confidentiality and ongoing professional development.
