Job summary

Ability Builders in the United States is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians to support children and individuals with developmental needs in clinic and home settings. You will work under a supervising BCBA, delivering ABA services and collecting progress data.

Ideal candidates are patient, reliable, and eager to learn within the ABA field. The role offers on-site opportunities with training and growth potential within a collaborative clinical team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification within 90 days of employment; paid training and support provided.
• Reliable transportation for in-home services.
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, social work, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior support and treatment plans under supervision.
• Provide 1:1 and small-group ABA services in clinic and/or home settings.
• Build positive relationships with clients and families.
• Collect accurate data during sessions to monitor progress and guide treatment.
• Follow clinical guidance and communicate with supervising BCBAs.
• Provide feedback on client progress, barriers, and needs.
• Maintain a professional, compassionate and respectful approach with clients and team.
• Follow all safety, clinical, and organizational policies.
