Job summary

Kid Clan Services, Inc. is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to support children with autism in homes, schools, and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA.

You will implement customized intervention plans and help clients acquire essential life skills through evidence-based ABA techniques. The role emphasizes accurate data collection, progress tracking, ethical conduct, and collaboration with caregivers and the treatment team.

Responsibilities

• Carry out Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) developed by the BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one instruction using ABA techniques.
• Accurately collect and log data on client behavior and progress.
• Help clients build functional skills (communication, socialization, self-care).
• Collaborate with the BCBA and team to adjust strategies.
• Communicate progress with clients, caregivers, and team.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to improve ABA skills.
