Job summary

Proud Moments ABA in New York is seeking a Behavior Technician to support 1-1 treatment under BCBA supervision in a center-based setting. You will implement treatment plans, collect data and help families learn strategies for home practice.

The role requires an active RBT, reliable transport, a high school diploma, and comfort working with children with ASD. Part-time or full-time guaranteed hours are available with paid training.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active/Current RBT certification.
• Reliable transportation to meet in-person sessions.
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with children with ASD preferred but not required.
• Ability to handle confidential information and data.
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report results.
• Support BCBA with family training on plans.
• Be responsive to needs of clients, families and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors.
• Physically assist clients during sessions and keep pace with children.
