Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation in New York is hiring entry level Behavior Assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians for flexible, part-time roles supporting children with autism using ABA strategies. You will receive complimentary RBT training, travel reimbursement if needed, and a clear path to advance to an RBT.

Roles require HS diploma and a willingness to travel locally, with supervision by a BCBA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally (if required).
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect & record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families & clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings & ongoing training.
