Job summary

Nekton Autism is seeking passionate Behavior Technicians/RBTs to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in a home-based setting for children aged 0–21. You will implement treatment plans created by BCBAs, collect progress data, and communicate with families and supervisors.

Flexible part-time/evening hours with paid training and support are provided. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year ABA experience, RBT certification (nice to have), and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of ABA experience required or preferred.
• Availability in the afternoon/early evening; weekends a plus.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Bilingual skills a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA treatment plans designed by BCBAs.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report outcomes.
• Communicate clearly with families, supervisors and relevant parties.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by a BCBA/LBA.
