Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our ABA team. You will deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, following established care plans and documenting progress with the clinical team.

Ideal candidates are patient, compassionate, and committed to helping children with Autism. RBT certification is required before working, with part-time positions and flexible hours available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and strong desire to help children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Work as part of the clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage with families.
