Job summary

Aptitude Behavioral Services in Cleveland, TN seeks a compassionate Behavior Technician to join our clinical ABA team. You will work 1-on-1 with children, guided by BCBAs, delivering ethical, individualized ABA therapy to support growth and independence.

Ideal candidates are upbeat, organized, and able to document daily progress using online data systems. RBT certification must be obtained within 45 days of hiring.

Qualifications

• Able to work with children physically and emotionally in clinical settings.
• Strong written and verbal communication with families and team.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Willing to obtain RBT certification within 45 days of hire.
• Commitment to ethical, individualized ABA care.

Responsibilities

• Work 1-on-1 with kids in clinical and community environments.
