Job summary

Acorn Health is hiring Behavior Technicians in Hendersonville, TN to deliver high-quality, one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will implement evidence-based interventions, collect data, and support families, contributing to meaningful progress for children on the autism spectrum.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience working with children preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, teaching, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 direct ABA treatment to clients under supervision of BCBA.
• Work closely with supervising BCBA and team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Support parent and caregiver training as directed by BCBA.
• Collect data and document client records to monitor progress.
