Mid-South Education Behavior Solutions, a Finni Health company, is hiring a Behavior Technician (RBT) in Lexington, TN. This in-person, full-time role focuses on delivering ABA therapy one-on-one under BCBA supervision to help clients develop essential skills and independence.

You will collect data, implement treatment plans, and collaborate with families to track progress. Prior ABA/experience is preferred; HIPAA confidentiality is essential.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred; willingness to complete training/exam acceptable.
• Experience with children or individuals with special needs preferred.
• Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology preferred.
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices required.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record accurate session data.
• Support development of life, communication, and social skills.
• Maintain professionalism and positive rapport with clients and families.
• Participate in ongoing training and supervision related to ABA.
