Job summary

STEPS Behavioral Health in Westminster, MD is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic under supervision of a BCBA. You will collect data on progress, collaborate with families and team members, and maintain a safe, supportive environment during sessions.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain your RBT Certification.
• Previous experience with children.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
