Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Spanish bilingual encouraged.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 sessions with clients to implement behavioral treatment plans.
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and team members.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and other professionals to adapt treatment plans as needed.
• Provide accurate and detailed documentation of client sessions and progress.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
