Zusammenfassung

Phoenix Rising is seeking motivated and caring Behavior Technicians to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism and related developmental needs. Roles include implementing individualized treatment plans and collecting progress data in home, clinic, or community settings.

Under the supervision of a BCBA, you will deliver 1:1 therapy, support skill acquisition, and collaborate with families while upholding confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred in psychology, education, or related field.
• Experience working with children; ABA experience a plus.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass background check.

Aufgaben

• Implement 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Provide direct 1:1 therapy in home, clinic, or community settings.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Assist with skill acquisition (communication, social, daily living).
• Support behavior reduction using ethical, positive strategies.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Maintain professionalism and client confidentiality.
