Job summary

Community Autism Services (CAS) is hiring a Home & Community Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings under BCBA supervision.

The role offers paid onboarding, ongoing supervision, RBT certification support, tuition reimbursement, and clear growth paths to Lead BT, ACS, and BCBA roles. A local caseload is built within a defined region with no late shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to actively engage children in play and therapeutic activities.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions under BCBA supervision.
• Implement treatment plans in home, school, and community settings.
• Collect session data and progress notes.
• Apply feedback and coaching to strengthen clinical skills.
• Collaborate with families, school staff, and clinical supervisors.
