Job summary

Acorn Health in Florida is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver high-quality ABA interventions under BCBA supervision across center, home, or school settings.

Ideal candidates hold RBT certification (preferred), have 1–2 years of experience with children on the autism spectrum, reliable transportation, and strong communication skills. We offer paid training, professional development, and a path toward career advancement.

Qualifications

• RBT certification highly preferred.
• 1–2 years experience working with children on the autism spectrum preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to work on an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 direct ABA treatment to clients to increase skills and reinforce positive behaviors.
• Work closely with supervising BCBA and other team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Support parent and caregiver training as directed by the BCBA.
• Collect data and document client records to monitor progress and inform treatment decisions.
• Communicate regularly with parents, supervisor(s), and others to update and adjust treatment plans.
• Provide services to clients in center, home, school, or other location(s) as clinically indicated.
• Schedule may include driving between clients.
