Acorn Health is seeking a motivated Behavior Technician to join our team. You will deliver 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, helping children build pivotal skills across home, center, and school settings.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience with children preferred (caregiver, para-professional, daycare, etc).
• Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, teaching, or related field preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Should enjoy interdisciplinary teamwork and collaboration.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

• Complete training to provide therapy (state requirements vary).
• Deliver 1:1 direct ABA treatment to increase skills and reduce problem behaviors.
• Work with supervising BCBA and team to ensure high quality service.
• Support parent and caregiver training as directed by the BCBA.
• Collect data and document records to monitor progress and guide treatment decisions.
• Communicate with parents and supervisors to improve treatment plans.
