Job summary

Acorn Health in Florida is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver high-quality, ABA interventions under BCBA supervision. You will work 1:1 with clients, collect data, and help families implement treatment plans.

Applicants should have RBT certification preferred, 1–2 years experience with children, ABA knowledge, and a valid driver’s license. This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth, including BACB fieldwork supervision.

Qualifications

• RBT certification or pursuing certification.
• 1–2 years experience working with children preferred.
• At least 1 year ABA experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related field preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 direct ABA treatment to clients to increase skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Work closely with the supervising BCBA and teammates to ensure high-quality service.
• Support parent and caregiver training as directed by the BCBA.
• Collect data and document client records to monitor progress and guide treatment decisions.
• Communicate regularly with parents, supervisors, and team to inform plans.
• Provide services in center, home, school, or other locations as clinically indicated.
• Schedule may include driving between clients.
