Job summary

Children's Hospital of The King's Daughters is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to support a multidisciplinary team in delivering ABA-based treatment. You will provide direct care to patients under supervision in 1:1 or group settings and help collect data on targeted behaviors.

Responsibilities include implementing protocols, reporting outcomes, and ensuring patient safety and privacy. Collaboration with families and staff is essential in this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Undergraduate degree in Psychology, ABA, Social Work or related field preferred.
• Six months of experience with developmentally disabled individuals preferred.
• Supplemental trainings in ABA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients under the direction of the BCBA in 1:1 or group environments.
• Accurately collect and report data on specified patient behaviors.
• Review and implement clinical protocols and supervisor feedback.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and safety in all interactions.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Participate in a multidisciplinary team and assist in de-escalation when needed.
