Job summary

Comprehensive Autism Center (CAC) is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs) to provide ABA-based behavioral intervention for children across home, preschool, and community settings. You will deliver 1:1 ABA instruction and participate in data collection to guide progress.

We offer flexible schedules, paid training, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for advancement. BACB supervision is provided for qualifying staff, with potential for telehealth duties as part of CAC’s services.

Qualifications

• Interest in learning ABA and supporting children's development.
• Desire to work with children in home, preschool, and community settings.
• Able to collaborate with a team and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 behavioral instruction using ABA in a child’s natural environment.
• Collect data to build skills and reduce behaviors that interfere with learning.
