Job summary

Comprehensive Autism Center in San Jose, CA seeks Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs) to provide ABA for children aged 1–22 in home, preschool, and community settings. You will deliver 1:1 instruction and collect data to track progress, with extensive initial and ongoing training.

CAC offers RBT certification support, reimbursement for the exam fee, flexible schedules, mileage and drive time reimbursement, medical benefits and paid vacation for full-time staff, and BACB supervision for qualifying

Qualifications

• Interest in learning ABA and applying ABA techniques.
• Energetic and passionate about working with children.
• Dependable team player with reliable transportation and license.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Spanish-speaking is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA instruction in the child’s natural environment.
• Collect data to monitor progress and reduce interfering behaviors.
• Participate in training and career development opportunities.
