Responsibilities
  • Deliver One‑On‑One ABA Therapy: Work with children ranging from 18 months to school age, providing personalized therapy.
  • Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team: Develop and implement customized therapy plans with the support of our skilled team.
  • Apply Creativity in Therapy: Use advanced techniques in our play‑based and naturalistic therapy environment.
  • Guide Children’s Progress: Help children succeed in educational and social settings, preparing them for successful transitions.
  • Document and Track Development: Contribute to each child’s therapy program by meticulously documenting their progress.

Qualifications
  • Candidates must be 18 years or older.
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
  • Physical ability to lift/carry more than 50 lbs and sustain impact to body; ability to run, crouch, squat, kneel, bend, and move quickly from standing to seated without support.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Safety is a priority; you will undergo a background check and drug test at the time of hire.
