Responsibilities
- Deliver One-on-One ABA Therapy: Work with children ranging from 18 months to school age, providing personalized therapy.
- Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team: Develop and implement customized therapy plans with the support of our skilled team.
- Apply Creativity in Therapy: Use advanced techniques in our play-based and naturalistic therapy environment.
- Guide Children’s Progress: Help children succeed in educational and social settings, preparing them for successful transitions.
- Document and Track Development: Meticulously document progress to inform each child’s therapy program.

Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
- Physical requirements: ability to lift/carry more than 50 lbs, sustain activities including running, bending, kneeling, crouching, and prolonged sitting/standing as needed; clear verbal and written communication; full range of motion of hands and arms.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license preferred.
- Background check and drug test at time of hire; safety is a priority at Lighthouse.
