Responsibilities

• Deliver one‑on‑one ABA therapy to children aged 18 months to school age.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
• Apply creative, play‑based, and naturalistic techniques in therapy sessions.
• Guide children’s progress toward educational and social goals, preparing them for successful transitions.
• Document and track each child’s development meticulously.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, run, crouch, squat, kneel, and move quickly between positions, and to maintain full range of motion of hands and arms. Ability to sit or kneel for extended periods.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license preferred.
• Background check and drug test required upon hiring.
