Responsibilities

• Deliver one‑on‑one ABA therapy: Work with children ranging from 18 months to school age, using your expertise to provide personalized therapy.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team: Develop and implement customized therapy plans with the support of our skilled team.
• Apply creativity in therapy: Use advanced techniques in our play‑based and naturalistic therapy environment.
• Guide children's progress: Help children succeed in educational and social settings, preparing them for successful transitions.
• Document and track development: Contribute to each child's therapy program by meticulously documenting their progress.

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
• Physical requirements: Lifting/carrying more than 50 lbs., ability to run, crouch, squat, kneel, bend at the waist, sit on floor and chair for long periods, move quickly from standing to seated or kneeling position without support. Communicate expressively and receptively both verbally and written. (Note: Must be able to sustain impact to body in any area.)
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred.
• Important Note: Safety is a priority. You will undergo a background check and drug test at the time of hire.
