Lighthouse Autism Center, LLC in Indiana is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 18 months to school age in a center-based program.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and apply play-based and naturalistic strategies to support developmental milestones. This full-time role offers paid training, career growth, and a Monday–Friday schedule with no nights or weekends.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelors degree or higher preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Lifting/Carrying more than 50 lbs. and other physical requirements.
• Communicate expressively and receptively both verbally and written.
• Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license preferred.
• Safety background check and drug test required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver One-on-One ABA Therapy to children aged 18 months to school age.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement therapy plans.
• Apply play-based and naturalistic therapy techniques.
• Guide childrens progress in educational and social settings.
• Document and track each childs progress in their therapy program.

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older to be considered for this position.
• Lifting/Carrying more than 50 lbs. Able to sustain impact to body (i.e., being hit, etc.) in any area. Running, crouching, squatting, and ability to kneel for sustained periods of time. Bending at the waist to touch knees and/or toes. Full range of motion of hands and arms. Sitting on the floor and chair for long periods of time. Ability to move quickly from standing to seated, or kneeling position, without support.
• Communicate expressively and receptively both verbally and written.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license preferred.
