What You Can Expect To Do
  • Deliver One‑on‑One ABA Therapy: Work with children ranging from 18 months to school age, using your expertise to provide personalized therapy.
  • Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team: Develop and implement customized therapy plans with the support of our skilled team.
  • Apply Creativity in Therapy: Use advanced techniques in our play‑based and naturalistic therapy environment.
  • Guide Children's Progress: Help children succeed in educational and social settings, preparing them for successful transitions.
  • Document and Track Development: Contribute to each child's program by meticulously documenting their progress.

Requirements
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
  • Lifting/Carrying more than 50 lbs; ability to sustain physical impact; running, crouching, squatting, kneeling, bending, and full range of motion of hands and arms; ability to move quickly between standing, seated, and kneeling positions without support; and ability to sit on the floor or a chair for long periods.
  • Ability to communicate expressively and receptively both verbally and in writing.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred.
  • Important Note: Safety is a priority at Lighthouse. You will undergo a background check and drug test at the time of hire.
