Job summary

Butterfly Effects is hiring an ABA Child Interventionist / Behavior Technician for a part-time role in Massachusetts. You will support children with autism, implement ABA plans, and work with families to promote communication, social skills and self-care.

The position offers paid training, after-school hours, and a 3–7pm schedule, 12–20 hours per week, with opportunities to grow toward RBT or BCBA roles through the company’s training subsidies.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Passion for working with children.
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience with children is advantageous.
• Transportation: valid driver's license and own vehicle.
• Devices: must have a Tablet or Laptop for sessions.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under BCBA direction.
• Observes and reports client's progress and behavior daily.
• Manages challenging behaviors.
• Applies behavioral principles in all interactions.
• Supports clients to acquire academic and life skills.
• Communicates professionally with families and analysts.
• Completes daily paperwork and data entry on-line.
