Job summary

ABA Centers of America is seeking dedicated professionals to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in various settings, with paid training and clear paths for advancement. Eligible BTs and RBTs can join a supportive team and receive mentorship to progress toward higher levels.

Starting rates are $21.25/hour for BTs and $23.50/hour for RBTs, with final compensation based on experience, training, and education. Wochenends availability preferred to support clients and programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Direct Client Support.
• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track Progress & Maintain Quality.
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families.
• Participating in team meetings and ongoing training.
