Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy in Greater Boston is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician to implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision, providing 1:1 support to individuals with autism in clinic and community settings.

You will collect data, follow behavior plans, and help clients develop communication, social, daily living, and play skills, while documenting accurately and collaborating with families and the clinical team.

Qualifications

• Experience applying ABA in clinics, schools, or community settings.
• Strong communication with clients, families, and team members.
• Behavioral intervention skills for skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
• Foundational psychology knowledge.
• RBT certification or willingness to obtain within timeframe.
• Experience with autism or developmental differences preferred.
• Ability to follow clinical protocols and maintain documentation.
• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's preferred.
• Commitment to ethics, reliability, and ongoing development.

Responsibilities

• Collect accurate behavior and skill data daily.
• Follow behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
