Job summary

Community Options, Inc. is seeking a Behavior Support Manager in Washington, PA to oversee behavioral support services for individuals with disabilities. You will implement ABA plans, supervise staff, and coordinate with clinical teams across regions including Butler, Indiana, and Washington.

The role starts at $70,000 per year and requires BCBA certification or exam within six months, plus a valid driver’s license and background checks. Strong relationships with youth and families are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s level BCBA or sitting for the exam within 6 months.
• Ability to establish a comfortable and supportive relationship with individuals receiving supports.
• Ability to exercise good judgment and remain calm in crisis situations.
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.
• Employment contingent upon successful background, central registry, child abuse registry and drug testing checks.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral support interventions based on individual needs and assessments.
• Provide ABA – Functional Behavioral Assessment and develop a Behavioral Support Plan.
• Supervise RBT/Behavior Support Specialist staff as needed.
• Implement the individualized Behavior Support Plan and Positive Behavioral Supports.
• Coordinate with program staff and participate as part of the clinical team.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned; cooperate with license staff during inspections.
