Job summary

Adelbrook seeks a Behavior Associate to provide behavioral assessment, intervention, and clinical oversight for youth with ASD/IDD across educational and residential settings. You will develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior support plans grounded in ABA principles under supervision.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Actively working toward BCBA certification is required or pursued.
• RBT certification is preferred.
• At least 1–2 years of experience with individuals with ASD/IDD; background in educational, residential, or human services settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting functional behavioral assessments under supervision.
• Support development and implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Monitor data collection systems and compile behavioral data for team review.
• Assist in developing goals aligned with individual education or treatment plans.
• Participate in staff training on behavioral supports and data collection procedures.
• Attend interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute observed data.
