Job summary

Milestones Behavioral Services, LLC is seeking staff to directly implement ABA programs and provide student care in on-site settings. You will collect behavior data, manage graphs, and prepare materials for daily activities, ensuring safety with PPE and confidentiality.

The role requires on-site attendance, collaboration with trained teams, and participation in trainings. Experience in ABA or special education is preferred and a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience implementing behavioral assessment/treatment programs with developmentally disabled population preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA programs across sessions for students per IEP.
• Provide direct student care following BIP.
• Collect and record data on observable behavior.
• Maintain student graphs and graphing systems.
• Prepare classroom materials for the school day.
• Accompany students on community outings and vocational placements.
• Follow PPE and safety procedures; maintain line of sight supervision.
• Participate in trainings and maintain professional communication.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
