Epic Minds Therapy is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children and individuals with developmental disabilities in-person. You will implement ABA-based interventions, collect data, and support progress toward individual goals under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities preferred.
• Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Familiarity with medical terminology, documentation, and records management.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Provide direct support to clients in various settings.
• Collect and record data on client behaviors and progress toward goals.
