Job summary

Intercare Therapy in Covina, California is hiring Behavior Technicians / ABA Behavior Interventionists for in-home and clinic-based work with children on the autism spectrum. No ABA experience needed; paid training is provided.

You will work 1:1 with children, help build communication, social, and daily living skills, travel to client locations, and collaborate with families and supervisors to support progress. Part-time schedule with mornings, afternoons, or evenings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma plus one of the listed options (college coursework, enrolled in college, or degree).
• Bilingual skills a plus.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home and clinic settings using ABA (training provided).
• Help children build communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Travel to client homes and local locations to provide services.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to support progress.
• Maintain a safe, engaging environment for each child.
