Job summary

Intercare Therapy is hiring Behavior Technicians / ABA Behavior Interventionists for in-home and clinic-based settings in California. No ABA experience is required as paid training is provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma + one of the following: At least one completed college course; Currently enrolled in college; Associate's or Bachelor's degree
• Passion for working with children (experience preferred)
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, registration & insurance
• Comfortable with local travel to nearby client locations (20 to 40mi radius)
• Physical requirements: Active role including standing, kneeling, running, and lifting up to 50 lbs. while engaging with children

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home and clinic settings using ABA (we train you!)
• Help children build communication, social, and daily living skills
• Travel to client homes and local community locations to provide services
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to support consistent progress
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for each child
