Job summary

Building Connections Behavioral Health, INC. is seeking a Behavior Interventionist to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children and teens ages 0-21 in homes, schools, and community settings. You’ll help build independence, teach essential life skills, and support families throughout the process.

Part-time position with potential to grow to full-time; schedule 3:30pm–6:30pm on weekdays. Pay ranges from $22 to $27 per hour, depending on education and experience in the field or related industry.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Demonstrated passion for helping children grow and succeed.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required.
• Immunizations including MMR, Tdap, Varicella, Hep B, and TB clearance within 4 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized ABA therapy at home, in schools, or in the community.
• Teach communication, social, play, and self-help skills.
• Implement behavior support plans and track client progress.
• Play, engage, and celebrate milestones with clients.
• Collaborate with families and provide parent education.
