Job summary

Building Connections Behavioral Health, Inc. seeks a Behavior Interventionist to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children and teens (0–21) in homes, schools, and community settings.

This part-time role (potential full-time) runs weekdays 3:00 pm–6:00 pm with pay $22–$27/hr, depending on education and experience. Training to earn RBT certification is provided, plus BCBA supervision and benefits.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred; willing to obtain within 90 days.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Passion for helping children succeed and grow.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Immunizations including MMR, Tdap, Varicella, Hep B, and TB clearance within 4 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized ABA therapy at home, in schools, or in the community.
• Teach communication, social, play, and self-help skills.
• Implement behavior support plans and track client progress.
• Play, engage, and celebrate milestones with clients.
• Collaborate with families and provide parent education.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment.
