Intercare Therapy, Inc. is hiring Behavior Technicians to support children with autism in home and clinic settings using ABA. No ABA experience is required as paid training is provided, with travel to client locations and ongoing supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required, college enrollment preferred.
• Reliable transportation, valid license, registration and insurance.
• Comfortable with local travel to client locations (20–40 miles).
• Passion for working with children; experience preferred.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home and clinic settings using ABA (we train you!).
• Help children build communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Travel to client homes and local community locations to provide services.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to support consistent progress.
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for each child.
