Job summary

Intercare Therapy is hiring Behavior Technicians/ABA Behavior Interventionists for in-home and clinic-based work. No ABA experience needed as paid training is provided. Earn $20.25–$23.00 per hour in a part-time role with morning, afternoon, and early evening options.

Responsibilities include 1:1 ABA sessions, helping children build communication and daily living skills, and traveling to client sites. Travel reimbursement and ongoing supervision are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma plus at least one completed college course.
• Currently enrolled in college.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, registration & insurance.
• Comfortable with local travel to nearby client locations (20 to 40 mi radius).
• Passion for working with children (experience preferred).
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Physical requirements: active with standing, kneeling, running, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home and clinic settings using ABA (we train you).
• Help children build communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Travel to client homes and local community locations to provide services.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to support consistent progress.
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for each child.
