Job summary

Diversify Bx is seeking a Behavior Interventionist to deliver ABA services in home, community, center, and school settings while adhering to clinical protocols and company policies.

You will collect data on skill acquisition and behavior reduction, maintain accurate client records, report concerns within 24 hours to the clinical supervision team, and communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and staff in a professional, HIPAA-compliant manner.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred; RBT credential preferred.
• NPI number required for credentialing and billing.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA services in 1:1 and group settings using ABA principles.
• Implement prescribed skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals.
• Collect data on skill acquisition and behavior reduction each session.
• Maintain client data in the home and update program data sheets on the online platform.
• Communicate with parents and caregivers regarding client progress.
• Utilize safe and appropriate behavior modification strategies while maintaining confidentiality.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work and therapy environment.
• Attend staff trainings to acquire ABA knowledge and skills.
• Achieve position competencies related to role responsibilities.
