Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) roles.

You will work 1:1 with children with autism, applying ABA strategies under BCBA supervision, with opportunities to enroll in complimentary RBT training. PBS offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay and a clear advancement pathway from BA to RBT, plus travel reimbursement where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; degree in psychology, education or related field is a plus.
• Experience with ABA therapy or related field is beneficial.
• Willingness to learn and grow into RBT certification.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
