Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) seeks dedicated individuals to work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies, under supervision of a BCBA. Roles include Behavior Assistant and RBT track.

We offer flexible scheduling, paid 40 Hour RBT Training, quarterly bonus, holiday pay, and growth opportunities from BA to RBT. Local travel may be required, and all roles comply with licensure and credentialing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally (if required).
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and manage activities.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
