Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring entry level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs to support children with autism using ABA techniques under supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's in psychology/education a plus.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
