Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring entry level Behavior Assistants and RBTs to support children with autism through ABA-based programs. Part-time roles offer mentoring, training to become an RBT, and advancement opportunities within PBS.

Roles include working 1:1 with clients, data collection, and collaboration with families and clinical teams; travel may be required in some cases, with a supportive, growth-focused workplace environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field a plus.
• Willingness to enroll in complimentary RBT training to advance as BCBA pathway.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
