Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced RBTs for part-time roles with growth to full-time as caseloads expand. Work 1:1 with children with autism under BCBA supervision, using ABA strategies and data collection to track progress.

PBS offers complimentary RBT training, flexible scheduling, quarterly bonuses, travel reimbursement, and a 401(k) match. HS diploma required; willingness to travel locally and lift up to 50 lbs is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; related bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare or education is beneficial.
• Willingness to travel locally and engage with families and teams.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and actively engage clients during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to support client success.
• Attend scheduled supervision, team meetings and ongoing training.
